Term Definition CarePlace Means the management information system that is to be used as part of this service levelagreement CarePlace Data Interface Means the transfer of data from the Participant to the WLA or into the CarePlacesystem Effective date Means the date this agreement comes intoeffect as detailed at the start of this document Operational Manager Means the project manager for theCarePlace system, part of the WLA team. Programme Board Compromises of the Directors of the WLAmember authorities for adult social care. Services Means the provision of services by providers to either the Council, the Participant or the public, e.g. care homes or home support agency. Steering Group Means WLA staff and participant representatives as described in Clause 9.4. The Contractor may also be invited to some of these meetings as agreed by the group but would not form part of the decision making process of the group.
