, Volunteer. For purposes of this agreement, a volunteer is: a person who works on a regular consistent schedule at school sites or other educational facilities to support the efforts of professional personnel. Such an adult volunteer worker will serve in that capacity without compensation or employee benefits of any type. The Volunteer may only work with students as long as a certified supervisor is present. Volunteers are not to assume more than an assisting role.
