District dba NEK Broadband (“NEK Broadband”, “us”, “we” or “our”) and the person or entity who subscribes to our Internet services and/or all related services and features or products (“Customer”). By subscribing to and using our services, Customers agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and all documents incorporated herein, including NEK Broadband’s Privacy Policy.
