This Management Agreement (this “Agreement”), dated as of March 25, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into by and between School Innovation Collaborative, a Texas non-profit corporation (“SIC”) and the San Antonio Independent School District (the “District”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas. Herein each of the District and SIC shall be a “Party” and collectively the “Parties”.
