DViCO Corporation (“DViCO”) is granting you (an individual or an entity, either of which is referred to herein as “License”) a license to use DViCO’s FusionHDTV computer software, hardware, associated media and printed materials only upon the condition that Licensee accepts all of the terms and conditions contained in this User License Agreement (the “Agreement”). If Licensee does not agree to he terms of this Agreement, Licensee should not install or use the Products rather, promptly return the Products to the place of purchase.
