This Software License Agreement (the “License Agreement”) governs your and the Cyphre affiliate or reseller listed on the applicable purchase order (“Cyphre”) relationship concerning the licensing, installation and use of software utilized in CyphreLink. By installing CyphreLinktm you are indicating that you have read and understand this License Agreement and agree to be bound by it (whether you are acting on behalf of yourself or a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity that you represent). If you are acting on behalf of an entity and not individually, then you also represent that you have the authority to act on behalf of and bind that entity to the terms and conditions contained in this License Agreement.
