This Parking License Agreement (River Arena) (the “Parking Agreement”), dated for identification only as of October 1, 2018, is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF ANAHEIM, a municipal corporation and charter city (the “City”), and RIVER CHURCH USA INCORPORATED, a California nonprofit corporation, doing business as the “River Church” (the “Licensee”). City and Licensee are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and jointly as the “Parties.”
