By using V-CUBE visual communication service (hereinafter referred to as “Service”) by V-CUBE Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Company No. 882778-U) (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), it is acknowledged and agreed that the user of the Service (hereinafter refers to as “User”) requires thorough reading of the End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and the intending user of the Service is strongly encouraged and is deemed to have sought independent solicitor’s advise if necessary or required to understand the EULA.
