This ISBA has been negotiated with the County for well over a year and was previously presented and approved by the City Commission on April 4, 2023, in its previous form (see letter to the Commission attached as Exhibit B). The County Commission then approved the ISBA with minor changes at its meeting on September 19, 2023, and a copy of the Agenda Summary Memo to the County Commission is attached as Exhibit C.
