This Facilities Lease (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the ORLEANS PARISH SCHOOL BOARD, a political subdivision of the State of Louisiana, herein represented by Ethan Ashley, its President, duly authorized (“OPSB” or “Lessor”), and Lycee Francais de la Nouvelle Orleans Inc., a Louisiana Non-profit Corporation (hereinafter “Charter Operator” or “Lessee”), herein represented by Matthew Moreland, duly authorized, located at 1800 Monroe St., New Orleans, LA 70118 on behalf of Lycee Francais de la Nouvelle Orleans (hereinafter “Charter School”). OPSB and Charter Operator are each referred to singularly as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
