RENTAL AGREEMENTRental Agreement • January 29th, 2018
Client will work with The Wee Gypsy LLC (Provider) and the venue/location to pre-arrange an appropriate space to access the vehicle. The Wee Gypsy will arrive 45-60 minutes before the scheduled start time to set up, unless otherwise requested. The Wee Gypsy requires an area of about 10’Wx20’Lx8’H. Client will make sure there are no obstacles that will make set up and access unachievable. Electrical requirement of a standard 110V electrical outlet within 100 feet of location is required (cord will be provided and secured safely). In the event that the client does not have needed access to electric upon arrival, which causes a delay in originally agreed start time, rate and end time remain the same. Client may request additional time for a correlating fee (1/2 and full hour rates only).
