This Lease (“Lease”) is entered into between the New Mexico Commissioner of Public Lands, the acting trustee for the Enabling Act Trust established in the Act of June 20, 1910, 36 Stat 557, ch. 310 (“Lessor”) and duly authorized to do business in New Mexico (“Lessee”) (Lessor and Lessee are each a “Party” and together they are the “Parties”) and is effective as of the day of , 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
