The Association for Molecular Pathology (“AMP”) and the International Affiliate, (“Affiliate”), an Organization Type as indicated herein, enter into this Agreement as of day of , 20 (“Effective Date”). Affiliate and AMP are referred to herein each, as a “Party”, and together, as the “Parties”. Affiliate having applied to be an International Affiliate of, and AMP having approved the application, both Parties hereby agree to the following:
