Thank you for your interest in Wakfu. Wakfu is a MMORPG created and owned by Ankama Games (the “Licensor”) and published by Square Enix, Inc. This (“Agreement”) between you and Square Enix, Inc. (“SQUARE ENIX”) governs your use of various forums, services, applications and/or games that SQUARE ENIX may make available on this webpage (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement on behalf of yourself and, if you are under the age of 18, on your behalf by your parent or legal guardian. Once you agree, you will be contractually bound to the terms below, which shall govern all aspects of your use of the Service. No one under the age of 13 may use the Service.
