SCHOOLS (“Amendment”), made and entered into as of the 6th day of September, and to be effective as of the 28th day of June by and between the City of Desert Hot Springs, a municipal corporation located in the County of Riverside, State of California (“Landlord” and sometimes “City”), and the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools (“Consultant”), with the City and Tenant sometimes together referred to herein as the “Parties.”
