WHEREAS, Downtown Community Alliance (DCA) promotes a Farmers’ Market in downtown Des Moines, Iowa; WHEREAS, , (“Vendor”) wishes to rent a booth from Downtown Community Alliance, and THEREFORE, in consideration of the lease of the booth and other good and valuable consideration, the parties agree as follows:
