Agreement – Advanced Public Safety, Inc. for software support and maintenance services of electronic ticketing system in an amount not to exceed $16,500.00 for the initial one-year term and a provision for a month-to-month payment the following year in an amount not to exceed $16,500. Staff advised the Committee that in April 2008, an electronic ticketing system and associated maintenance was approved for purchase from Advanced Public Safety, Inc. This agreement will extend maintenance on this system for up to two years. The Committee voted unanimously (6-0) to send the Agreement to Council for approval.
