Pearl Avenue, PO Box 1687, Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (referred to in this Lease as the “Owner”) and Jackson/Teton County Housing Authority Board, whose address is 320 S King St., PO Box 714 Jackson, Wyoming 83001 (referred to in this Lease as the “Lessee”).
