The terms and conditions set out below constitute a binding agreement between Yours & Owls Events Pty Ltd (ACN 631 645 291) of 228 Keira Street, Wollongong NSW 2500 (“Yours & Owls”) and the person holding or using a ticket (“Event Ticket”) to the event ‘Yours and Owls’ (“Event”) at Stuart Park, Wollongong (“Venue”) on irrespective of whether the ticket was purchased by the person holding or using the Event Ticket (you or your).
