This agreement, made and entered into by and between the Leadership Prep School Frisco, a Texas Public Charter School (referred to herein as "SCHOOL"), and The University of North Texas, a Texas political subdivision of higher education, (referred to herein as "UNIVERSITY") evidences the following: This Agreement shall be in effect for a period of three (3) academic years beginning on May 1, 2023 and ending on July 31, 2026. Sixty-days before the end of the term, the SCHOOL may renew this Agreement for a subsequent three-(3) year term upon approval of the UNIVERSITY.
