This Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the last date signed below (“Effective Date”) by and between City of Cloverdale (“Customer”) and Pacific Gas and Electric Company, a California corporation (“PG&E”). Customer and PG&E shall each individually be referred to as “Party” and together constitute the “Parties.”
