THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the City of Orlando, a Florida municipal corporation established under the laws of the State of Florida, (hereinafter referred to as the “the City” or “Lender”) with a principal address of 400 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32801, and the Center for Multicultural Wellness & Prevention, a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, with a principal address of 641 N. Rio Grande Avenue, Orlando, Florida 32805 (hereinafter referred to as “CMWP” or “Subrecipient”)
