EMPLOYMENT is made effective July 1, 2024, by and between the Board of Education of Ponca Public Schools, legally known as Dixon County School District 26- 0001 (referred to as “the Board” and “the School District” respectively, and Brendan Calahan (the “Superintendent”). The Board, the District, and the Superintendent are each a “Party” and collectively referred to as “the Parties” herein. In accordance with its action taken and recorded in the minutes of a duly advertised board meeting, the Board agrees to employ the Superintendent, and the Superintendent agrees to accept such employment, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein.
