THIS INTERLOCAL LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), is entered into as of this day of , 2014 (“Effective Date’), by and between the CITY OF RENO, NEVADA, a municipal corporation (the “City”), and the REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF RENO, a public body, corporate and politic (the “Agency”).
