Legends operates an air cargo charter service, which includes airline offices and training, and also operates its own flight school, Legends Aviation Academy, at this location.

Attached hereto for your consideration is a Lease Agreement with ITPS (America), LLC (ITPS), which will be located at 3904 Aero Drive on the north side of the Airport. ITPS, a subsidiary of ITPS (Canada) Ltd., will operate and support three (3) of the ITPS (Canada) Ltd. aircraft that are registered in the United States. ITPS, was established in the United Kingdom in 1986 and subsequently located to Canada in 2001. ITPS provides a range of services to pilots and aeronautical engineers that includes highly specialized real-world flight-testing services. This will be ITPS’ first office in the United States. ITPS’ primary business activity at the Airport will include airframe and power plant maintenance on its fleet of aircraft, while also having its location at the Airport serve as its office in the United States.

Attached hereto for your consideration is a proposed Lease Agreement with Kingsky Flight Academy, LLC (Kingsky), which has been operating a flight school at the Airport since 2013. Kingsky also leases approximately 8,225 square feet of office and hangar space at 3131 Flightline Drive located in the southeast quadrant of the Airport under a separate lease agreement.

Don Stevens, the principal owner of DKS, an aviation management firm, has been operating at the Airport since 2002 as Sands Aviation, LLC, which leased the entire Lakeland Airside Center.

This space is a separate suite in the Polk State College Aviation Building. Kingsky has been operating a flight school at the Airport since 2013 and currently occupies 1,587 square feet of office space and 3,000 square feet of hangar space at 3131 Flightline Drive.

Attached hereto for your consideration is a Lease Agreement with Dohertys Toys Second LLC (Dohertys) to lease the south side of the Parkland Hangar located east of the regional pond. The south side of the hangar is approximately 10,200 square feet. Dohertys previously subleased space at the Airport and was waiting for a hangar to become available that would accommodate its corporate Hawker aircraft. The south side of the Parkland Hangar provides ample width and height to store the plane and will also provide some office space for Dohertys’ records and other needs.

Attached hereto for your consideration is a proposed Lease Agreement with Florida Aero, LLC d/b/a Florida Aero Services, Inc. to lease hangar space on the north side of the Airport at the Parkland Hangar. While Florida Aero, LLC (Florida Aero) is a newly established company, its owner has over fifteen (15) years of aircraft experience. The principal owner has a well-established medical transport company that operates in Tampa, Florida and Green Bay, Wisconsin. The owner has recently decided to purchase the assets of Florida Aero Services, Inc., the aircraft maintenance company currently located in the hangar, as part of the strategy to leverage the maintenance side of the operation. Florida Aero’s aircraft will be serviced in Lakeland and will promote maintenance service to other aircraft owners.
