These VENTAC Provider Law Firm Directory Term of Service Agreement (this “Agreement”) is an agreement between VENTAC, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“VENTAC”) and participants in its network directory (the “Directory”) of independent attorney and law firms (each, a “Provider Law Firm” or “PLF”). By agreeing to participate in the Directory, PLF accepts the terms and conditions contained in these Terms, as amended by VENTAC from time to time.
