This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of February, 2020, by and between the City of Wichita (“City”) and Wave Old Town LLC (“Wave”). The purpose of this Agreement is to define the obligations of both parties pertaining to the event management services at Naftzger Park as depicted at Exhibit “A” as described hereafter.
