Collinsville Public Schools believes that the primary function of the District facilities is to enhance the quality of education for all students. For this reason, buildings and facilities are constructed and provided. The district, therefore, has a prior claim to the use of such buildings and facilities. However, the District also encourages and supports the rental and/or use of its facilities by the public to accommodate certain community events as long as the following procedures and requirements are followed:
