In consideration of our agreement, I, the MODEL, below signed, hereby appoint and engage Wings Model Management, Inc. (“WINGS”) as my sole agent throughout the tri-state. WINGS shall be my advisor and manager for print, television, billboards, point of purchase, catalog, stage, screen, radio, voice-overs and vocals (music).
