NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants hereinafter contained, the LANDLORD agrees to LEASE the LEASED PREMISES to the TENANT and the TENANT agrees to LEASE the LEASED PREMISES from the LANDLORD upon the terms and conditions set out in this AGREEMENT and to use the LEASED PREMISES in accordance with section 7 below in part of the BUILDING.
