This PILOT PROGRAM AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into upon sign-up for the RPC (the “Effective Date”) between Resilience Education, a Virginia nonstock corporation (“RE”) and USER WHO IS REQUESTING SIGN-UP AND AGREES TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS , thus who is a user who is a (“Participator”) (RE and Participator collectively referred to as the “Parties”).
