Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 150E of the General Laws of Massachusetts, this Agreement is made and entered into this 1st day of September, 2017 by and between the School Committees of the Town of Somerset and the Somerset-Berkley Regional School District hereinafter referred to as the “Committees” and the Somerset Teachers Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association”.
