Version 1.0 Summary This Information Sharing Agreement (hereafter referred to as the Agreement) formalises the arrangements for the ACRO Criminal Records Office (ACRO), acting on behalf of UK police forces that are subject to the ACRO Collaboration Agreement, to provide EIFCA with access to relevant information held on the Police National Computer (PNC), specifically convictions, cautions, reprimands and final warnings for enforcement purposes. This Agreement also allows for the recording of details of individuals prosecuted by EIFCA for offences committed under relevant legislation, namely the Marine and Coastal Access
