THE SCHOOL RESOURCE OFFICER PROGRAM (the “IGA”) is made this 18th day of October, 2023, by and between the Thompson School District R2-J, a political subdivision of the State of Colorado (the “District” or “School District”), and the Town of Johnstown, a Colorado home rule municipality (the “Town”), on behalf of the Johnstown Police Department (“JPD”) (collectively, the District, Town and JPD are referred to as the “Parties” and individually, a “Party”).
