This tri-party interlocal agreement, (“ILA”) is entered into by and among the Dallas County Hospital District d/b/a Parkland Health & Hospital System (“Parkland”), a political subdivision of the State of Texas with its principal place of business in 5200 Harry Hines Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75235; the Dallas Independent School District (“Dallas ISD”), a Texas political subdivision of secondary education; and the Dallas College (“Dallas College”), a Texas political subdivision of higher education, on behalf of El Centro Campus (collectively, the “Parties”), and sets forth the roles of the various parties in regard to the implementation of the Pathways in Technology Early College High School (“P-TECH”) model at L.G. Pinkston High School (the “Program”)
