This Wisconsin Student Data Privacy Agreement (“DPA”) is entered into by and between the GREEN BAY AREA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT (hereinafter referred to as “LEA”) and Breakout EDU (hereinafter referred to as “Provider”) on February 23, 2024. The Parties agree to the terms as stated herein.
