This Agreement is made this 12th day of December, 2003 between The National Guild Canada / Communications Workers of America, (CLC, AFL-CIO, IFJ) a labour union hereinafter known as TNG Canada/CWA and the Federation of Guild Representatives, hereinafter known as the FGR, for itself and on behalf of all employees of TNG Canada/CWA hereinafter described in Article I.
