This Amended and Restated Aquifer Storage and Recovery Management and Operations Agreement (“Agreement”) between California-American Water Company (“Cal-Am”), and Monterey Peninsula Water Management District (“District”) is entered into as of September , 2020 (the “Effective Date”). Cal-Am and the District are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.” All capitalized terms used herein but not otherwise defined shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1 of this Agreement.
