THIS OPTION TO LEASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of August 15, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES, a body corporate and politic (“County”), and BRIDGE HOUSING CORPORATION, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation (“Master Developer”). County and Master Developer are each sometimes referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
