This is a formal agreement whereby the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust (HUTH), as Sponsor, delegates the following duties to the Principal Investigator. A Sponsor can delegate duties but retains overall responsibility for the set up and conduct of the trial. This agreement ensures that the above clinical trial is conducted according to the UK Clinical Trial Regulations and ICH GCP.
