THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into as of December 12, 2023 , between the COUNTY OF TULARE, a political subdivision of the State of California (“COUNTY”), and VISALIA UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, a California Public School District (“CONTRACTOR”). COUNTY and CONTRACTOR are each a “Party” and together are the “Parties” to this Agreement, with reference to providing a HiSET class for the Men's Residential Treatment Programs (MRSAT).
