The Treatment Services program provides Methadone and Buprenorphine/Naloxone through the Opioid Treatment program. Due to the large volume necessary for the Opioid Treatment program, SpecGx LLC offers reasonable, competitive prices which are less that other distribution companies. Under the guidelines of the Procurement Goods and Services policy, we must purchase from a vendor listed under the MMCAP contract and SpecGx is listed under this contract. We are seeking approval from Board of Health to continue purchasing from SpecGx LLC the necessary Methadone and Buprenorphine/Naloxone for the Opioid Treatment program that would be more than $119,000.00 a year.
