Agreement: Bricklayers’ Standard Industrial Clause: Article 3.00 Wages and Premiums Existing: ARTICLE 3.00-Wages and Premiums 3.12 Payment of Wages The Employer shall, at least once each week, pay to each Employee the following week all monies (wages, premiums, annual vacation pay, statutory holiday pay, etc.) earned by the Employee to a day not more than three (3) working days prior to the date of payment. or five(5) working days prior to the date of payment if the Employee is working on an out of town project. The Employer shall have the right to pay wages by direct electronic deposit or by cheque.
