Additionally, this amendment is issued to include Mutually Agreed Upon Additions to the Scope of Work for additional and incomplete p h as es , as well as to add req uirements of the FEMA grant, including all appropriate page additions and rep agination. Al s o , th e Co s t Summary has been updated to remove OAKS Item Numbers no longer applicable and add a new OAKS Item Number. The amendment also updates the Contractor’s address.
