THIS LEASE AGREEMENT - PARKING LOTS (the “Lease”) is entered into and effective as of the day of May, 2015 (herein the "Effective Date"), by and between JEM Properties, LLC, Morrier Family Realty, LLC, and JEM Development Real Estate, Inc., doing business as JEM Development Company (collectively, the “Lessor”), and the City of Yakima, a municipal corporation (the Lessee, hereafter called “City”). Lessor and City are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the "parties".
