Click It Health Limited is referred to in these Terms & Conditions as “the Contractor”. The purchasing organisation is referred to as “the Customer” (collectively “the Parties” or individually the Party”). For each Agreement, Click It Health will set out a schedule of works and proposal that will be attached to the Terms and conditions as Appendix
