This Agreement is between you and PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services LLC (“PwC” or “we” or “us”) concerning your use of (including any access to) the solution known as “Compliance Concierge” (together with any materials and services available on or through such solution, successor solution(s) to such solution, and any website or mobile software application through which PwC makes such solution or successor solution(s) available to you, the “Solution”). This Agreement hereby incorporates by this reference any additional terms and conditions posted by PwC through the Solution, or otherwise made available to you by PwC.
