This AGREEMENT, is effective the 1st day of June, 202 by and among the Board of County Commissioners of Ouray County, San Miguel County, Gunnison County, Hinsdale County, Delta County, and Montrose County, on behalf of their respective Departments of Social Services, hereinafter referred to as “Counties,” and The Center for Mental Health, hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”. This Agreement is effective July 1, 2020 and ends June 30, 2021.
