This Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between: (1) Plaintiffs Joseph D. Aguilar and Christian Beller (collectively “Plaintiffs”), individually and in their representative capacity on behalf of the Settlement Class, as defined below, and as private attorneys general on behalf of the State of California; and (2) Defendants Tastes & Tales, LLC, Waterside, LLC, Ventura Harbor Restaurant Associates, Inc., Water’s Edge Restaurant and Bar, and Chrysilios Chrysiliou, and Orestis Simos (collectively, “Defendants”). This Agreement refers to Plaintiffs and Defendants collectively as the “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”1
