This Agreement (contract) is entered into this 1st day of , 2017 by and between Central Connecticut State University (hereinafter “CCSU” or “University” or “Agency”) located at 1615 Stanley Street, New Britain, CT 06050 (“campus”) and (contractor). with a principal place of business at (address) (“Contractor”). This Agreement is pursuant to an award made to the contractor (RFQ 2018-02) to provide preventative maintenance and repair service on CCSU’S Energy Center equipment and auxiliary systems on CCSU’s Campus.
